Featuring works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Maddalena Casulana, Josquin Desprez, Claudio Monteverdi, Henry Purcell, and others, the evening will open a musical and choreographic space for individual mourning and its collective experience. Three dancers, a choreographed choir (the Ensemble suppléments musicaux), and an instrumental ensemble, together with the audience, create this musical and dance space of devotion.
